ABOUT PALESTINIAN IMPRESSIONS THEME

It is necessary, from a standpoint devoid of political issues, that we, as one people, with a common destiny and cause, present our one history, in all frankness, away from the daily labyrinths in which we are placed, in order to reach the point that aligns with awareness, so we realize our situation as a people with a free concept and thought, so that we can comprehend our history, and in this way We have assumed our responsibility towards our people and our land, and from here we have expressed it in the aesthetic sense from the impression we made with that painting or that sculpture that was executed in the name of the land that founded us.
We have always been fascinated by that land or that person, but we must chronicle it in the memory of those who follow us, and from here came the idea of the “Palestinian Impressions” exhibition, where we were given the opportunity to express the impressions we have on those sensory legacies.

لا بد ومن منطلق مجرد من القضايا السياسية أن نعرض وكشعب واحد، صاحب مصير وقضية مشتركة تاريخنا الواحد، وبكل صراحه, بعيدا عن المتاهات اليومية التي وضعنا بها لكي نتوصل الى الحد الذي يحاذي الوعي فندرك وضعنا كشعب ذو مفهوم وفكر حر لنستطيع أن نستوعب تاريخنا, وبهذا نكون قد تحملنا مسؤوليتنا تجاه شعبنا وأرضنا, ومن هنا نكون قد عبرنا عنها بالمفهوم الجمالي من إنطباع قد وضعناه بتلك اللوحة أو تلك المنحوتة التي نفذت باسم الأرض التي أسستنا.

لطالما افتتنا بتلك الأرض أو ذاك الشخص إلا أنه يجب علينا تأريخه في ذاكرة من يلحقنا ومن هنا أتت فكرة معرض “انطباعات فلسطينية”، حيث أعطينا حق الفرصة للتعبير عن هذا الموجود بنا من انطباعات عن تلك الموروثات الحسيه.
