The oil paint was painted at the atelier at Nazareth city by the artist mr. Elias Akleh at first 2020 in Nazareth at the atelier which is located beside the annunciation of the basilica of holy Mary.

The picture of holy Mary of nazareth is a gift from hospital order st. John of God which has been managed by the general hospital holy family since 1882. The superior of the convent and the hospital is br. Francis di salieze chimiel OH. He was born in Poland in parish Lisow close to Lublinca in the region Slasku.

This painting is a gift to the parish of Kochcice where is the parish priest father Ks. Grzegore Brodziak was responsible for building the church .
